| I bought the book (from a store, not this site) on Tuesday, and I started reading it that night. I now am on part 2 (can't remember the chapter?) but it's an AWESOME book so far. I absolutely LOVE it. It's a great book. I talks about in the chapter "Dethroning King Stomach" about how the food can let us fall from God's will just like Esau sold his birth right for food, Adam&Eve ate the fruit they were told not to. It's awesome and incredibly motivating. It talks about how so many things and blessing happen when fasting. Like how Esther fasted 3days and got victory and Moses fasted twice for 40days and was so close to God (and lived so long). It also talks about the medical benefits.
