Good points, bad way of getting to the points  Jul 30, 2008
I loved the lessons that could be taken away from each chapter. However, they didn't seem to be Biblical in the way the author used them. For instance I was really turned off to hear her say that Dinah being raped was Dinah's fault. Or that Rachel was evil. And that list can go on. I felt she used scripture incorrectly even when the point could have been made using another scripture. So as I said. The lessons taught (to be content with what you have, to not be worldly, to rely on God to bring about blessings etc) were great lessons and Ireally got a lot from the study in that way. However I used it to teach new Bible Study-ers and I felt I needed to correct the book a lot.

Good read  Apr 18, 2007
I bought this book for a Ladies Bible Study, and really got into it when preparing. It was more involved than I expected, but then if it was easy I wouldn't learn as much.
