| This book is an excellent read for any woman, not just african americans. The book gives insight into the mind of a woman and all that Christian women go through in their daily walk with the Lord. The book acknowledges that even though you are a Christian, there are still issues you face that bring you to the realization that you are still human, and every thing is not magically fixed when you accept the Lord as your personal saviour.
